If you're trying to add a teammate to your Mouseflow account but get an error, there are a few specific reasons why this may happen, described below:
The e-mail address already exists in our system
This means that the email address attempting to be used is already associated with another Mouseflow account. A unique email address will need to be used.
Email is already an Account Owner
This means that the email has already been used to sign up for a Mouseflow account. In order for this email to be added as a user for a separate account, the existing account will need to be deleted from the Account Settings
Email is already a User for another account
This means the email has been added as a sub-user for another Mouseflow account. The Account Owner who has added the email as a user will need to delete the email from the Users page.
