With Mouseflow, it is possible to create and manage multiple user profiles within one account. Each sub-user can be given 1 of 4 different types of access to one or more of your websites, which you can read more about here.

Setup

You can easily add a new user to your account by following the below easy steps:

  1. Navigate to your User overview here.

  2. Click on the Add icon on the top right-hand side.


  3. Enter the user's Email and, if you like, create a Password.

  4. Set the new user's Permissions.


  5. Don't forget to click 'Save'.

Note: When logging in for the first time, the new user will be prompted to enter their full name and user role:
