With Mouseflow, it is possible to transfer the ownership of your account to another (existing or new) Mouseflow user or email address.

You can easily change the ownership of your Mouseflow account in just a few steps:

Step 1: Log in to Mouseflow as the current Account Owner

If you don't have access to the credentials of the current Account Owner, please contact our customer support team at support@mouseflow.com.

Step 2: Disable the 'Single sign-on' setting

Under the account's Security Settings, turn off 'Single sign-on' (if it's already enabled) and click 'Save'.

Step 3: Temporarily remove the new Account Owner from the account

In the Users overview, locate and delete the profile of the user or email address that you wish to transfer the account ownership to (if they're already registered). You can do so by clicking the 'Remove user' button located on the right side of their profile.

Step 4: Change the email address of the Account Owner

On the My Settings page, click the 'Change' button next to the 'Email' field to set the email address of the new Account Owner and click 'Save'.

Note: The password for the new Account Owner will be the same as the one used by the previous Account Owner. You can set a different password for the new Account Owner, by clicking on the 'Change' button next to the 'Password' field.

Step 5: You're all set! 🎉

If the previous Account Owner still needs access to the account, make sure to create a new user profile for them in the Users overview.

If the contact information or the invoice details for the account have changed, please update all relevant fields under the account's Settings.
