In this article, we will show you how to opt-out of receiving emails from Mouseflow.

For each project in your account, Mouseflow will send out an email update. If you want to learn how to enable/disable these emails in your account settings, you can do so here.

You can also update which type of emails you receive from Mouseflow by clicking the option to "Update your email preferences to choose the types of emails you receive from us." at the bottom of an email received from Mouseflow.

This will direct you to the page where you can unsubscribe from specific types of emails:

If you want to disable these emails directly in the app, head to your account settings. You can do so under 'My settings' (please see image below).

Under the section titled "Email Preferences", disable the email notifications by toggling this setting off (please see image below).

Note: Transactional emails can not be disabled.

  • All invoices are sent to the billing e-mail under "Account settings" and if unset the account owner.

  • Credit refills are also considered transactional emails.
