In this article, we will show you how to opt-out of receiving emails from Mouseflow.
Note: If you want to learn how to enable these emails in your account settings, you can do so here.
To begin, one of the first ways you can opt-out of receiving future emails is by using the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of the email (please see the image below).
Once you have clicked the option to unsubscribe you will be redirected to the application (here you will also be given the option to re-subscribe in case you accidentally opted out).
Another way you can opt-out of receiving emails is directly in the app. Head to your account settings. You can do so under 'My settings' (please see image below).
Under the section titled "Email Preferences", disable the email notifications by toggling this setting off (please see image below).
Note: Transactional emails can not be disabled.
All invoices are sent to the billing e-mail under "Account settings" and if unset the account owner.
Credit refills are also considered transactional emails.
